Day Program DSPs
Join in our Day Program and become a role model of how to access your community. Your work will impact the life of those supported in real-world situations of community access and skill building.
Non-24-Hour Residential Support
At our LACOMO apartments you would take on the task of the daily building of skills for better and continued independence. No task is too great or small to impact the life of someone building their own independence.
Transportation Support
Support doesn’t always look like learning new skills. Sometimes that support is just helping someone access the places they need to go. Our Transportation does just that! Dedicated drivers transport residents of the county to and from the LCE workshop and our Bridge-Day Program. The reliability of our drivers keeps the journey of independence going.
Support Coordination
Bringing together those who need supports with the providers of supports is no easy task, but one that makes a life-long impact. Our enthusiastic go-getters help connect quality and innovative supports within the lives the people they work with, their families and guardians.

Job Summary:
Lafayette County Bridging Support Services (LCBSS) is seeking two dependable Route Drivers to provide transportation for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. One driver for a dedicated route and one driver as sub for all routes when the dedicated driver is unavailable. Our drivers provide transportation to individuals in Lafayette County, Missouri, between their homes and employment at Lafayette County Enterprises or to The Bridge Day Program in Higginsville, MO. This position is a Monday through Friday split shift schedule:
Morning Route: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Part-Time DSP

Lafayette County Bridging Support Services is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and organized person to join their direct support staff team at their non-24hour apartment complex in Lexington Missouri. DSP staff will work with individuals in the IDD community to build relationships, access their community, and live as independently as possible through modeling, teaching, and assisting individuals to access their community.
